We all need them.  Did you know that our fresh fruits and vegetables have decreased in nutritional value up to 80% of what they used to be?  Even though you may have made smart choices in your diet, you still need to supplement. 

A very basic supplement program includes:

Enzymes - help to break down foods for digestion

Multi Vitamin: B vitamins for energy and brain function, C vitamins for immune system.

Minerals - are like an energizer to enzymes.  They turn the light on so to speak.

Fiber - Studies show we do not get enough fiber in our diets.
